Our passion for serving families stems from our own life experiences. Both of our mothers passed away within seven months of each other, a heartbreaking and challenging time that gave us a profound understanding of the emotional toll involved in transitions. That experience fuels our empathy and drives us to guide others with sensitivity and care.

• Noel served in the Navy for 27 years, retiring in 2015 after a dedicated career centred on discipline, leadership, and service.
• Rydell has worked as a registered nurse for 34 years, bringing compassion, attention to detail, and resilience to everything she does.
